      <description>In order to make changes to your account for you, we must verify the account username and password in order to prevent unauthorized access. If you do not have this, the follow can suffice:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;First and last four numbers of your credit card on file&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Verify an email we send to the contact email on file&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;A call we make to the phone number on file&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;As a last resort, we can mail a password to the physical address on file for a $2.50 shipping and handling fee.&lt;/li&gt;
